Notifications for past due invoices
As a reseller i should be able to configure automated notifications to be sent to late customers based on certain terms:
-how many days the customer is late
-did the customers payment on file decline
As a reseller i would also like to configure the messaging in these notifications with placeholders for items such as amount due, account number, invoice number etc.
The notifications should be sent as an email with the holy grail being optional sms notification with magic link to payment portal

i like the read receipt concept! might a bit difficult with all of the new privacy laws, but will for sure be considered when we put together the user story -

MooreStarI agree, I would also like to add if possible a delivered and read receipt.. I always get "I didn't get the invoice?"

Michael SoninI truly love the notification mention. it would defiantly be a key difference between this solution and anything else for telco.... heck Att is catching up with notifications of payment with thier auto bill enabled... I get a notified when they bill me with a link (that never works because of thier BS security) atleast they notify me with a reminder.

Joshua Davidson MergedIt would be nice to send reminders aside from the initial email when an invoice is generated. Emails such as a reminder your bill is due in x days. Or you bill was due on x/x/x and to avoid any penalties please pay by x date.

- Payment Success (separate from autopay)
- Payment Failed (separate from autopay)
- Billing Period Invoice Payment Reminder
- Billing Period Invoice Past Due
The ability to configure these notifications will be introduced in a future release.
