Per Domain Call Flow / Users Backup and Refresh
Have you ever had an office manager delete an entire roster of users and entire call flow by accident, and spend hours rebuilding the account?
It would be useful to be able to easily load a backup file of the account call flow / user list / all settings in the account.
Depending on how the backups are set up and how long they are kept for, it could be useful to have this integrated into the API. Maybe backups could be kept on viirtue servers for 1-2 weeks, and after that deleted to save space. Then, if you wanted older backups you could set up backup ability in the API to save the files for longer storage yourself.

Definitely not a fun situation to be in! I can see how this would be useful. We will need to evaluate this for feasibility. -

Good news a few of us are attending Netsapiens UGM and are excited with new features coming out to our next release. One is the ability to easily restore certain data specifically such as users to whole domains without having other service interruptions.
