Ability to download multiple call recordings at once in Voice portal
It would be nice to add a function to mass download multiple call recordings at once. Like check mark all the ones you want and then click download. This would be a HUGE enhancement to the portal and a huge selling feature to clients with longer retention periods to download their own batch of recordings manually each month.

Christian KarrenI would like to have this feature. I also would like the ability to view call recordings in the SNAPmobile app or Mobile Connect App. Even if it was just a link to take you to a Webpage to view the call recordings. I have lots of customers ask why they can only see call recordings in the Call History section when most of our competitors have the ability in their mobile app and webphones to see these as well.
