Ability to edit TN services at Tandem

Goal is allowing resellers to self-service customer TN's without need for a support ticket.
For non-BYOT resellers, create a TN servicing page in Viibe that will have an API to bandwith.com and Sinch or any tandem that has API capability, allowing LNP portability lookup thru that tandem, ability to push CNAM update per TN, directory services/address listing update per TN, and set a TN forwarding per TN at the tandem.
