Contact sync in Mobileconnect
Users dont understand why they have to enter a contact in the portal, then the desktop app, then ALSO on their cell app? Contact sync between apps seems like it should be a base feature, getting a lot of heat from users on that. Do we have an ETA on when that will be active?

Can you elaborate on where, and more specifically, how the users are adding contacts?
We're in agreement that it should sync and you should only need to add them once. We've opened an FR for full Portal(NetSapiens) contacts to be integrated within MobileConnect which I think would resolve this item. https://fr.viibewithus.com/suggestions/354953/mobileconnect-portal-custom-contacts
