It would be great if we could have the ability to send massive SMS to make marketing campaigns to offer for an add-on feature for customers, as we have for efax. For example:
*Create automations such as scheduled texts for appointments reminders or automated birthday texts
*Get feedback from customers such as SMS text surveys, getting instant feedback from customers with a text poll.

We have planned partnerships with a few sms vendors that will enable you to check all of these boxes. No timetable yet, but this is part of our marketplace conversation. We hope to have more updates for you later this year.
