Hi-

Can we please add a 3% credit card processing fee to automatically apply to certain accounts each month.

Hey Kirsten,

You can always open a ticket and we can do this for you on backend. We do have plans to make this self service but no eta yet

They have a surcharge capability in the system already but it is all accounts. It would be nice to just get more granular controls of the platform that already exists and allow us to set the surcharge on the billing terms section of the account.

I see the recovery Fee, but it seems that it added to all invoices. I am interested in a fee that only gets added when the customer chooses to pay by credit card.

To be fair to our customers and us resellers it would be great to be able to enter a 3.5% instead of just whole numbers since 3% usually falls short and 4% is a bit above on what Stripe charges.
