Flat rate discounts / Negative MRC

With the launch of Autopay I want to offer clients a discount to setup Autopay. Currently there is no way to do flat discounts we can only do % discounts which won't let me get the exact amount I want.
What I would prefer to do is add a Negative MRC Auto pay discount that just reduces the MRC by x amount each month.
