Toll Free- Remove Required Vanity Field Option

Most of the time, my customers do not require a vanity number. They just want a toll free DID. It would be helpful to just be able to search based on the NPA (First 3 digits). This make ordering numbers very difficult and time consuming. Requires me to contact support to order number(s) for me.
