GoVOIP (SNAP) or Mobile Connect (Acrobits) or Another Vendor Whitelabel App Option

It seems the GoVOIP app is provided via Viirtue's Netsapiens software, and I wondered if there was a way to have a version generated with our colors/logos, and company name. Even if this required us to register as Appstore Devs to upload the app, it would provide a lot more credibility with our clients. I understand the Mobile Connect app provided by Acrobits does have an option to do this today with whitelabel app level of purchase (Viirtue's level), however it does require inputting all of the information into the Acrobits portal and generating the whitelabel app for the reseller. I'm also unclear if there is any additional cost beyond the footwork of the person entering in all of that information. There are clear challenges with updates to this, etc... but it would be wonderful to put our brand on an app. Acrobots rough-quoted us north of $7k for initial setup, and ~$1,300/mo. to have our own app developed by them. We're not able to afford that at this time. Maybe another vendor?
