Modification of Default phone configuration templates at the Reseller Domain level

We see a need to create a set of overrides for a specific model or manufacturer of phone, currently we need to do this in each individual device under phone hardware. When we put the override in the domain currently, it causes issues with other phones within the domain from another manufacturer. This is something we will see quite a bit as we migrate clients from our existing platform to Viirtue. Being able to have separate model templates specific to the reseller would allow us to perform these functions, as well as add the branding file information into the system.
