Choose An Outbound Caller ID Number in GoVoIP and Mobile Connect APPs
I saw this in the Slack channel but not in here. I've got a potential client that uses it via Zoom currently and I know it has come up for other partners.
Essentially, user in the web/iOs/android app can drop down and choose a different caller ID. These would be numbers they own, but would have different associated CNAM for different divisions or brands owned by the company.

It would be extremely helpful if there was a way for a user to select a caller ID number to place a call from on their mobile or webapp, instead of using star codes. The use case is if a user had multiple businsses under one roof and has multiple numbers. -

Charles Anakweze MergedCustomers with multiple DIDs, each representing a sub-company will like DID drop-down selection when making outbound calls. This will make it easier for customers to return missed calls using the same sub-company DID they called. Basically, drop down, select the DID for the company you want to make the call from. An easier way to identify the DID ( like Name Field) will be nice as well.

Meir Singer MergedI would like to request that NetSapiens and MobileConnect add the ability to choose the outbound caller ID from a dropdown menu for outbound voice calls and text messages. We all have customers who run multiple businesses under one roof and can really use this feature!
