PSA Ticketing Integration
As a reseller i should be able to one click configure integration with Connectwise, Zendesk, NinjaRMM, kaseya. Under the accounts page, there should be a “service tickets” view that reads from the PSA open tickets on the customer account that match on email. - well have to do some discussion on how we figure that logic out.
As a customer, i should have an option that says tickets in ECP and that should show the ticket history from the psa .

With Zendesk would like to ping the domain assets like phone numbers and hardware so when a customer creates a ticket then can select which asset it's tied to. -
