On Demand Call Recording
Recommend what is a common feature among phone systems - On demand call recording. This would be user initiated, with recording beginning with onset of the call, and continuing until one of the party disconnects.
A user may not want ALL calls recorded, but occasionally find themselves making a call that they would like to record as it might be a complaint call that you want to capture, perhaps a technical call, or maybe some type of financial transaction.
