Call detail on invoices for metered service such as TF
our current provider is able to show usage and associated cost on the invoice. We send an invoice via viibe and it only shows the fee for the toll free usage and not the details that show the total charged.

We do need the ability to show minute usage and international usage on an invoice. Not all of our customers are comfortable having to login to the portal to see those records. I'm actually quite surprised that this isn't already included. It's quite standard for a telephone bill. -

Umesh PatelI would like to see any usage that is billed for, meaning if they are on a per minute plan, all of that should be shown on the invoice, and not just the amount owed for usage.
