Account Status - Active - Prospect - Disconnected
Currently all accounts show on one page whether it is an inactvie prospect, active client or even a disconnected customer that has not been deleted. IT would be nice to have some separation by account status so you can filter by which accounts are actual customers, which accounts are prospects and disconnected customers. Outside of deleting them we like to keep the disconnected customers within our system for at least a year or 2 in case they contact us for archived billing records. If we delete the account we lose those records.

Michael BarsonI second this. It would make the system infinitely more user-friendly to be able to show hide accounts based on "active, inactive, cancelled, prospective"
Same under quoting where quotes can be filtered.
