Prepaid/Payment Billing Option
Ability to bill customers before the monthly service. Also, the ability to set the reoccurring payments to before the service is provided/delivered.
Example: Having the ability to automatically generate customers May invoices on May 1st, 2023 or a set date within the same month instead of billing customers for May invoices in June/the following month.
Right now you can do this manually, however would prefer the option to have prepayment invoicing automated.

This must be done as the majority of our customers must pay in advance. -

Joshua DavidsonI have been asking for this for about 2 years. As a work around we just charge 1 full month upfront and pro-rated from install date to end of billing period. But it still looks weird on bill and clients often times question it.

John Hansen MergedAs many of us are probably ITSPs or MSPs, we as well as our clients are used to having billing occur on the 1st of the month, for the services in the month following (i.e. Billing in Advance.) I was under the impression that Viibe supported this, but when my October 2023 invoices didn't generate and/or autopay it was explained that this was not presently possible. For a non-usage incurring client (i.e. unlimited minutes included), we would like to have an invoice generate on October 1st and charge that client's autopay card/eCheck in their wallet. Bonus points if in the future we have clients with minute usage, we could have the November 2023 bill generate with usage from October 2023.
Prebilling is standard in our industry, and helps to not have delivered 30 days of services before you encounter a non-payment situation.
Workaround is billing for September 2023 manually (incorrectly) to get the same functionality. Until this is fixed, this client's billing dates will be incorrect -
