  We currently have approx 100 eFax accounts with Phaxio through Netsapiens. When speaking with Phaxio VP earlier this week, he did not mention any change with Netsapien.
  The reason that we like the Phaxio/Netsapien relationship is that the faxes are accessed through the same Portal the user is familiar with for webphone, voicemail and setting up their answering rules.

  Hey Brian, Just reached out to netsapiens about this and they notified me they no longer support the phaxio integration and are not doing any further rollouts. We do have an alternative white label efax option that will solve most of these requirements youve listed.

  We have one account we'd like to migrate with approx 150 users and 25 of them have eFax on their portal home screen as Brian shows above. This is a common feature for netsapiens resellers (we even had it on our own ns platform before moving to Brightlink) and I'm not sure what to do with accounts that require this except take that feature away from them and ask them to substitute it with something less integrated. This is going to make our conversion to Viirtue cumbersome and difficult for these accounts.

  BTW, it doesn't need to be Phaxio, we just need a fax button for our customers who are used to it. Many whom have had it since 2018.

  Hey guys! We are considering the two other options netsapiens still supports (pangea & faxback i believe) for further context. We are also evaluating a better UX for our existing fax integration with documo within a single experience that will coincide with our other SSO initiatives later this year.
  
  Unfortunately, as mentioned, netsapiens told us directly they stopped supporting new phaxio integrations some time ago and will not wiggle there. Stay tuned as we will definitely be providing a more integrated experience in the future! @bruce I think that will solve you issue and we might have a workaround.

  I have used faxback in the past and it was super reliable. I wouldn't mind that as an integrated option where users can utilize their DID for faxes also.
