Technician Roles
The ability to allow techs to access the domains, but restrict their abilities, so they cannot delete domains or users. They can make adds moves and changes for any domain.

Apparently, RBAC is already supported by NetSapiens. If that is the case, why hasn't such an important security feature been implemented by Viirtue? -

Joshua DavidsonThis is important to us because current resellers can delete other resellers. If a disgruntled employee gets upset they can delete all domains and delete our reseller access and we have no safety nets. We need a tech role where can limit functionality such as deleting domains but allow creation or domains and also make them a tier below reseller so that they cannot change functionality at the reseller level like delete other resellers.

Umesh PatelThis is a security issue for us resellers. Like Joshua said, it takes on person to delete everything and you have no recourse. We can't even back up our accounts.
