Music on hold more controls

It would be nice to set a start time and frequency for voice overs on music on hold. Like we want the first time to start in like 15 seconds but then only play every 30 seconds from that point.

This is something we will bring up with Netsapiens as an enhancement to the music on hold features to chime in every x seconds.
