Option to Suppress or Change Conference Bridge Greetings on a per-domain/Reseller Account Basis
In support ticket #107419 it was determined that the Conference Bridge audio that greets callers when connecting cannot be updated or suppressed. We provided a branded audio file in the requested format, but per Netsapiens this change can only be system wide and affect all resellers.
The default Netsapiens audio is pretty rough, and states: "Please record your name after the tone. Press Pound When You Are Finished."
It seems appropriate to inform callers that they've reached a conference bridge- in our case, we planned to use this as a brandable opportunity, i.e. "Welcome to the companyname conferencing center."
While we can use an AA to accomplish pre-audio, the prompt voice won't match, and it adds additional cost.
My Requests are:
- Viirtue should update the existing audio system wide with something a little more informative.
- Work with Netsapiens to allow reseller account-wide, domain-wide, and per-user conference bridge audio greetings to be uploaded/input with Google TTS.
