I also wanted to add- currently placing a credit on an account requires a credit amount, credit date, and a note (description) of the credit. This description isn't present in the payment/credit list when viewing the invoice, in the customer's account, or even when you print the invoice it doesn't show up. It would be nice to show on the printed/emailed invoice to be sure. Or, if Viirtue decides not to do that, then why are we required to enter anything? Seems pretty overloaded to have to edit the credit to see the note. -

John HansenI would add context for us- this would be for mostly internal use or VIPs accounts where we discount the line items 100%, but taxes are generating that won't actually be billed, or are billed out of another system. Wondering if there's a way to tell it either to write off (credit) 100% of the invoice each month, or add a recurring credit for $x each month that nets to zero. Even credit up to $10 or the total that is less than $10 each month. I think there's lots of ways to do this, but we could use this today.
