10DLC/TCR Client Self Service
In Viibe or Netsapiens a self service option for clients to be able to register their own Brands and Campaigns for SMS.
Once a Brand or Campaign are registered the applicable charges are applied to the end user's account. Including any vetting/resubmission charges.
Client will be presented with the reason behind why this is needed and presented with the tools to complete the registration themselves to take the onus off the resellers.
This could use the APIs from The Campaign Registry to complete the registration and show updates.

Hi Michael,
We are preparing for the 10DLC changes coming in December. We will be sending out a communication in the coming days on how that is going to impact workflows in ViiBE. We would like to implement a self-service option as you described, and will be prioritizing that as a future initiative. In the meantime, we will have processes in place, with the help of our Support Team, to ensure approved campaigns are in place for Number Ordering with SMS enabled numbers. Be on the look out for that email communication and additional information in an upcoming ViiBE release.
