Per client costs when invoicing resellers
Would like to have per domain/client costs in Viirtue invoices so we can calculate actual profit on each client.

KyThis is critical for our accounting department to be able to see a break out per domain/client on the actual invoices we receive. This causes a lot of issues as our AP team can not properly code expenses per domain, we are unable to calculate true profitability without this being broken out.

BrandonThis is one of the reasons I am moving my existing clients to the Viirtue platform.. centralizing all costs in one location.
I guess I was under the impression, this feature already existed.. until I got my first bill this month. Somewhat disappointed that I still have to go run multiple reports per customer to see what they are actually using in costs. I would like to ask Viirtue to make this a top priority. -

Now that we are passed the initial launch of the End Customer Portal we are planning to address many of the top feature requests you see here with this being the most critical and highest priority. While we are still monitoring and working on some critical tasks for ECP and ViiBE stability, this feature is next up along with previously communicated ECP features such as Automatic Payments. -

Daniel Rosenrauch@josh we are completely rebuilding how our product catalog works as we build out marketplace. This will include things like skus, costs, etc. No timelines yet of course, but just wanted to add a note so you all know we are heading in that direction.

John HansenI would posit that this is not complete based the original requestor's needs. I've learned in slack that this report is 1:1 with the Viirtue billing which is great, but there's a few things that need to be added to make this complete:
- Show Actual Costs. This isn't easy since this isn't pulling data from the billcenter system, but is pulling from Netsapiens which doesn't have each reseller's agreed upon rates from their MSA. I would suggest setting this up as something the reseller can fill in somewhere in Viibe from their MSA which will then pull to this report to generate actual costs.
- Show Actual Margins: Utilizing the above costs, and the end-client's actual charges (even totals potentially) we can calculate margin $/% on a per-client basis. Having the system calculate this saves a step or having someone who is Excel savvy (me) apply the calcs each month.
- Missing Items: As we discussed in Slack, Viirtue bills for SIP Trunks & Web Meeting Peak Participant Counts. -

Michael NelsonI agree. While it's nice, and gathers Call history, and license usage information from the portal there are no actual costs. I would say that this is "in progress".

Wojciech Wieronski AdminJohn and Michael, I agree. Opening this back up until the original needs are met. As Dan mentioned, we're blocked on that until we can get SKUs, MSAs, etc wired up. But again, I agree this was prematurely closed.
