Omnichannel Functionality
To be competitive with providers such as Nice, LiveVox, and Five9 we would like to see the addition of some omnichannel call center functionality.

Xima is nice, and getting better each year but it would be nice to be able to buy something wholesale direct through Viirtue. The Xima platform is pricey even for a reseller and the issue is they have set markups. I would want to charge $150 a seat for something like this but Xima publicly broadcasts their pricing. So the split moment I charge that much and they google us it shoots me in the foot. -
